I work with individuals ages 17 and older, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Our work may focus on topics such as coping skills, setting boundaries, managing stress, processing grief, fostering self-compassion, and prioritizing self-care. My approach is collaborative — you are the expert on your life, and I’m here to support and empower you as you make meaningful changes that align with your goals.
Couples
Working with couples is one of the most rewarding aspects of my practice. My goal is to help partners identify their individual and shared dynamics, take ownership of their part in the relationship, and learn to communicate in a way that fosters safety, understanding, and empathy. Whether it’s addressing communication issues, setting boundaries, navigating jealousy, intimacy challenges, or healing after infidelity, I guide couples toward creating a stronger emotional connection.
For some couples, a small adjustment in communication and attention to their emotional bond can make a world of difference. For others, the challenges have been building for months or even years, leaving both partners feeling lost or disconnected. In these cases, I work to help them find their way back to each other by building security, increasing emotional connection, and teaching new ways to be supportive and pro-relationship.
In long-term relationships, it’s common to lose sight of your partner’s needs and how to nurture the relationship. My work focuses on helping couples rediscover each other, learn new skills, and deepen their connection, so they can experience greater satisfaction, intimacy, and joy in their partnership.
Parenting
As a therapist and a parent of three children, I am passionate about helping parents navigate the challenges of raising children and fostering a positive, connected family dynamic. In my practice, I work collaboratively with parents to address a variety of concerns, including behavioral issues, family dynamics, and parenting styles.
I provide guidance on navigating common challenges such as sibling conflicts, discipline strategies, managing screen time, and creating realistic, age-appropriate expectations for children. My approach is practical and rooted in research, empowering parents with tools and skills to strengthen their relationships with their children and create a supportive, harmonious home environment.
