About Julie
You may be struggling with recurring conflict in your relationship, feeling overwhelmed by parenting, or finding it harder to manage anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, or a major life transition. You may simply feel stuck or disconnected from yourself and are unsure how to move forward.
I support individuals, couples, and families in both short- and long-term therapy. I primarily work with young adults and adults navigating relationships, parenting, work, and everyday life. I also work with high-conflict couples experiencing communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, or difficulty rebuilding trust.
With more than 25 years of clinical experience, my background includes private practice, hospitals, schools, trauma, crisis intervention, and family counseling. I also bring experience in corporate leadership and human resources, where I worked with executives and leadership on communication, growth, and organizational change.
